Car rent

Requirements for a car lessee

• Age: not less than 24 years;
• Driving experience: not less than 4 years.

Required documents

• Passport (national passport for the foreign citizens);
• Driver’s license.

Reservation

• Car rent orders are taken from 08-00 a.m. until 08-00 p.m. by the phone +7 (843) 262-39-47, +7-9178-800-500 or you can make an order online.

Lease period

• The lease initiates from the date of signing of the car acceptance report;
• The car is rented for not less than 24 hours after receiving a car. If the car is rented for less than 24 hours, it should be charged as a whole day;
• Delayed returning of the car for up to 2 hours is paid as 300 RUR per hour, more than 2 hours is paid as twenty-four hours.

Payment for rent

• 100% prepayment in RUR by cash or non-cash payment;
• The lessee should grant an advance which depends on a class of chosen car and on price at the conclusion of the contract. An advance is a guarantee of compliance with contractual commitments by the lesser and it will be returned after signing the deed of conveyance of the car;
• The payment should be made for the whole rental period. If the car will be returned earlier that the lease will be over, the rest of the money for rent will be returned for the period starting from the next day after returning the car until the moment when lease ends.

Car issue and returning

• The car is given clean, with the full gasoline tank; it’s equipped with all necessary things (air conditioner, standard audio system, the set of Pit Stop, spare wheel, tires);
• Lessee pays for a car wash and fuelling according to the prices for extended services when returning a dirty car with not full gasoline tank;
• If it’s hard to make a survey of the car because of the dirt on it, a survey should be done after car wash when returning;
• The lesser may refuse a car without giving any reason, lesser inform the client about it not less than 2 hours before supposed issuance of the car.

Forbidden ways of using cars:

• Driving on the roads with bad conditions (roads without hard surface);
• Towing another vehicles;
• Taking parts in different competitions;
• Learning to drive;
• It is forbidden to use the cars for commercial propose, particularly for carrying passengers and cargo.
• Driving a car in a state of alcohol, drug and any other intoxication, sickness or exhaustion;
• Alienation of a car in any form, concluding agreements on the cars using with the third parties, farming out the cars for a fee, transfer of rights to the third parties under the contract;
• Travelling to Chechen Republic.

If the car was driven away you should

• Complain to the nearest police department about the theft by phone number 02 (for mobile phones – 020);
• Call rental manager by the phone +7 (843) 262-39-47;
• Do not accept the offers to refuse to make the formal statement or state a small damage and its recovery by the insurance company because such a decision can be a reason for not recognition the event as an insured and for refusal to make an insurance payment;
• Give all necessary information in the writing statement of the theft such as your name, address, model, color, license plate number of the stolen car and enumerate all the things that have been in the car;
• Get a notification coupon from the police department about the acceptance of your statement.

Your actions after the road accident

• Leave your car and all things which are related to road accident at the same places where they have been at the moment the road accident has happened;
• Try to calm down, apprise the situation objectively and rationally;
• Set up the warning triangle at the distance of 15 meters from the car and turn on the warning lights (blinking turn signals);
• If there are victims give them the first aid and call an ambulance by the phone number 03 (for mobile phones – 030);
• Find eyewitness, write down their contact information. Write down license plate numbers of cars driving by the place of the accident, the drivers of those could see the accident;
• Write down the model of the car and its license plate number that you made a collision with, especially if the second participant try to leave the place of the accident;
• Call the emergency agents (for example, by the phone (843) 526-60-30) or traffic police officers +7(843) 533-39-00, or 020 – for mobile phones);
• Take a pictures from the 4 sides on your camera or mobile phone if it’s possible;
• Call rental manager by the phone number (843) 262-39-47. Give all necessary information in your message: your name, car license plate number, address of the place of the accident and type of the damages.
• Call the insurance company by the phone that you can find in the folder for car documents. Give your name, number of the insurance policy, date of accident, type of the damages.

Notice:

The personal and car documents you must to provide to traffic police officer only. Fill in the form of "Notice of accident" before the traffic police officers and emergency agents will arrive to the place of the accident. This form is attached to the compulsory insurance policy. Do not be ashamed to ask the guilty of accident to show you his insurance policy. Check the number of insurance policy with that will be written down in the "Notice of accident" in order to avoid the mistakes. If the guilty of the accident is refusing to contact with you ask the traffic police officer to copy the information from the compulsory insurance policy into the administrative material. Jointly with the traffic police officers draw up a report and scheme of accident.

Watch the correct writing all information about the accident closely: correct describing all conditions of the accident, describing damages of the cars (write down to statement on the accident "The hidden injuries are possible"). Only if you agree with all conditions that are mentioned in the protocol you can sing it. Get a certificate of participation in a road accident from the traffic police officer and check the correctness and quantity of notes about the damage of you car in it.
