Transfer includes:
  • Meeting clients at the airport, station or at the mentioned address of the sending up of the car with the nameplate;
  • Waiting for the clients at the airport during 1 hour since the car would be sent up;
  • Waiting for the clients at the railways station during 30 minutes after the time of sending up of the car;
  • Waiting for the clients during 15 minutes at the meeting place.
Lease terms:
  • Payment for the ordered car should be made until the lease (transfer) begins;
  • Exceeding car rent time for more than 30 minutes is rounding up to 1 hour;
  • The customer pays for parking places during the whole period of car rent;
  • In the case of causing damage to the car (or inside of the car) in customer fault, the customer must compensate the caused damage to the driver;
  • In case of breakage of a rental car executer must substitute the car for an identical car as soon as possible;
  • Any changes, add-ins or cancellation to the order are accepted in writing by fax or e-mail by 24 hours at the latest. If not, the Executor will not be responsible for the filling of order and money won’t be paid back;
Extended services that are paid by the client:
  • Paid parking places at the airport, railway and bus stations;
  • Waiting for the client up to 1 hour at the airport and 30 minutes at the railway station + the cost of the one hour of the rent (800 RUR) to the actual cost of transfer;
  • Driving out of the town is paid extendedly according to the cost of 10 RUR per kilometer.
